Stud highlights are stud. Kid has really good feet and straight up makes tacklers pay. That one DB at around 1:35 gets the hammer.

I started getting this vibe with the Tennessee hat and bow tie pics that are floating around. Kid looks like the second coming of Arian Foster. That video confirms it for me.

I love how he is quick to the hole and doesn't dance around. He steps into contact and makes guys pay.

I love the way he's routinely breaking arm tackles. This is the hammer that I was hoping would develop when he got to Knoxville. Nice to see it in his Senior highlights. Probably (along with the EE thing) why Cross was passed over.

Who was it that wanted to drop this guy and get somebody better?

That is a big, strong RB. 225 with 315 bench and 4.5 40 is really impressive. As an EE, he is going to only get bigger and stronger. He may be step in and be our short down back immediately. Heck, depending on how he develops he may push for reps.

this kid looks good but hes a 3rd and 4th quater back and if he gets burried at the depth chart why not but him at full back or maybe even outside line backer for pass rush or ss run support. This kid will see the field either special teams or short yardage or a 4th quarter bruiser kid has got talent. Dooley will have to find a way to use his size for the team offense or defense

This is JMO but I wasn't all that impressed w/ that film, I expected a little more explosiveness w/ him supposedly running a 4.5, after watching that I'm starting to lean w/ the crowd that thinks he will end up at FB.

You're in Cincinnati and you've seen numerous HS games from Alliance? What is that... three or four hundred miles away?

I hope that our coaches are right and y'all are totally wrong. Vols need him as a RB! Not fb, not lb, not st player...

Running back with determination and size...
Hope he blows it up as an EE...CDD should contact his friend CNS and get the trent richardson training program... :)

Yep unfortunately I've seen Alliance play several times over the last few years. He's way to slow to be a quality tailback in the SEC IMO.

There probably was not too much difference between Cross and Hill other than Hill being an EE. Neither has great speed and both have the size to potentially grow into a FB role. I think that is why Dooley kept Hill and not Cross.

We also need a bruiser back to keep the chains moving, the clock running and wearing down defenses. That was the strategy in 2009 against superior opponents (FL and Bama) that gave us a chance to stay close and win. We had Hardesty and an OL that could run block.

I used to live in the north canton area. Good football area regardless of highschool classification.

I disagree, I've also seen him play this year and I believe he could definitely be an every-down back at UT.....very similar highlights to Mark Ingram out of HS...not a game breaker speed back but a 4-5 ypc guy, who breaks one every now and then.

BTW its at least an 4 hours from Cincy....I'm in Dayton and its was 3.5 for us...we went to watch my nephew play at Mount Union and caught his game.

Ingram was very quick and could make you miss, Hill is a pretty straight forward runner. I agree with Mont on this one.
