Blackman has only been open for eleven years. I don't think they have ever had a player ranked this high. I could be wrong, though. Perhaps you are being sarcastic?

Only people who want Mathers over Robinson are Nashville homers (some of whom don't like/hate memphis).

I'm a Memphis homer, so my analysis is skewed toward Memphis area players, but in this case, the choice seems obvious to a logical person with no bias

Must not be so obvious since Mathers has more offers and had a Vol offer first. All JMO imo tho.

Good point. All I'm saying is most people on here live in Nashville or east of it so they don't pay as much attention to Memphis talent (unless its basketball). Now people are taking notice of Robinson and many in his thread say they would rather have Robinson given the choice.

Also I think Robinson has better offers, though less of them.

He may still be a Vol. He has a Vol offer. There is a long way to go in these recruiting battles. I'm not sure him being in this class really changes anything with where Mathers goes. The only reason it doesn't look good for us to get Mathers is because he hasn't been a big Tennessee fan but in the end I believe he will end up going somewhere he feels comfortable with the coaches and he feels he fits well into that system. I believe Tennessee has as good a chance as anyone at the moment.
