I really am shocked at the lack of pics/info from his visit.. He's been here for 3 days and there's been pretty much nothing in his thread. I know most of the info comes after, but there's usually a few pics or something during the visit.

AC, I really don't think we win this one. I'm not surprised. All along, everyone has been clear we are in third for him and have a lot of ground to make up. I'm glad we got him on campus, but I think he's Bama bound.

Me too. I think it's too little, too late with most of these big names.

He isn't extremely active on twitter, and there was only two other prospects on campus with him so the sources for pics and whatnot is limited.

Not sure why you are shocked, this is no different than how any of his other visits have been.

Pics tend to come from other prospects visiting or the recruit himself. Vonn isn't much for putting stuff everywhere and there wasn't that many on campus. I seem to recall it took a day or so for Vonn to speak after bama visit too

I think it is alot closer than what people think. Given that if he does go else where it is not because we have not tried as it is more of the lack of love from the last staff. It has left a bad impression on him. And you can thank CDD for that. He is trying to give UT the benefit since he is a life long fan and if he was showed any love at all he would already have been a Vol and would be doing anything he could to help us.

Not trying to be a negative or predict; but if Vonn goes to Bama it is more likely because Saban is the best d-back coach in the nation as well as that he knows he will be playing for a NC at least two of his seasons on their team. If he goes there I wish the young man good luck. UT had its chances to nurture the relationship and field better teams. They chose wrongly on football coaches prior to the Jones hire, and it remains to be seen with him.

Anyone want to bet that Nick Saban will "bump" into Bell sometime next week at his school?

Something tells me that Ole Nick is getting nervous and just has to have a face to face with Bell before Feb 6.

I'm on record in this thread for strongly wanting Bell to be a Vol. My point is the young man should not be trashed if it breaks against us. There are good reasons to his benefit to choose Bama over us. If Jones can overcome that he will take a big step in restoring confidence and toward building a winner with Bell on the roster.
