'13 HI OG/DT Reeve Koehler

"If he travels all the way to the south then I believe he will be a Vol. I don't see Kansas as a factor. I would think that Oregon will very likely be the fifth school. If the distance is not too much for him and his family then I think Tennessee has a great chance at landing him." - Hubbs

Would be huge. Let's get a whole line of big Hawaiians and Samoans.

Nice!

This guy is near the top of my recruiting wish list. :loco:

Am I correct that we'd have him on the OL? Seems we'll be thinner there in the next couple years?

Taking 0 olinemen last year is very attractive to these kids. Just hope we're not starting 4 freshman and a soph in a couple of years.

Extremely HUGE fish to land. That is a long cast out to the islands.

Pittman has set the hook & is about to reel him in.

Morris/ Henson/ others better jump in the boat while he still can.

I had a 6 pounder on today on a popper and got him to two feet from me and lost him. Thanks for reminding me del

Sorry buddy - Vols getting a 330 pounder should soften the loss.

How bout a Koehler fish. :)

Pittman must be using that new Flyin' Hawaiian lure they got out now.:)

Sorry - I know - really bad.

There were some rumors floating around that Reeves Koehler might be committing. Paul spoke with Reeves and he likes Tennessee, but his plan remains to commit to his school at the US Army All-American Game.

Sounds like a silent.

I'd rather him be a silent until the Army game than be a commit right now and have every suitor in the country put us on blast from now until signing day. you dont want big fish going public too early sometimes. Doesnt hurt, but it could help us keep the kid if he does in fact want to pick UT.

Yep, sounds like he has committed to the coaches but doesn't want it to be public yet.

Could also explain why Pittman told Pertile he only had 1 OL scholarship left to give out b/c if you add Koehler as a commitment then that would be 3, I could see us taking 4.

If Koehler indeed ends up committing then give me Christian Morris or Brad Henson to round out the OL haul for this class.

If Henson and Morris both want to commit, I can't see how we don't take both of them

Just in case anyone has forgot, his godfather apparently lives in the area, so there is a connection to east TN.

Henson has a nice offer list for a 3 star. Adding just one of them to the group we have now would be a solid OL class.
