Jw3 mentioned Tennessee as one of the main schools recruiting him in a recent interview. Didn't like our chances at all prior to hearing that, but hearing Tennessee still mentioned by him(when nick king no longer is) gives a little hope.

Would be a HUGE get at a position of need.

Where ever this kid ends up, I hope they play Star Wars/Jurassic Park/Indiana Jones music when they announce his name in the lineup.

Since Star Wars, John Williams has gotten paid more than any single actor in the films he's scored. Craziness.

Yeah, but most guys, 50 and under at least, can identify the main theme song of Star Wars, the Vadar music, and the Emporer's music from only a few notes. That's some strong staying power. Same goes for Indiana Jones movie.

My composition teacher hates him (I think it's just jealousy lol), but he gives Williams credit for probably being the most successful composer that has been able to experience his success while he was (is) alive.

What prompted this post?

"He's recently made unofficial visits to Clemson and South Carolina and was at Florida State this past week. Thornwell adds that Tennessee is on his list for a visit this summer, but with a hectic personal schedule, he's not yet firmed up a date for that trip. "My AAU coach is going to set us a visit to get to Knoxville," Thornwell offered. "I talk to coach (Kent) Williams a lot. He's really one of the assistant coaches that I probably have the best relationship with. I've known him now for over a year, since they first came to Tennessee really. "It seems like a good program, on the way up with coach Martin and what they got done. They're one of the schools I want to learn more about. I like the coaching staff there."

Rob Lewis expects UT to be a huge factor for J3 and they have picked up a lot of ground with him over the past month.

Got this from the recruiting sticky. Figured I would relay it to his thread.
