I don't think Tennessee was really going to get Green no matter what.. He liked it here but liked UM better, the rest was just to hype up his big signing day.. But it was nice to see our hat on the table for the no.1 RB in the country for a change.. He will not make or break the Vols from Rising To The Top!!! :twocents:

with the classes UM is bringing in i bet you their in the top 20-15 consistently thru greens career other then OSU nobody is close in the big 10

but you cant deny green has a ton of good OL's coming in with him this class just take a look for yourself

And as for recruiting, Ohio and Pennsylvanis and the Midwest is a great recruit hotbed and he has the baddest team right now up there. He can recruit nationally for anyone he wants.

Until we start landing some recruits like this, we will continue to be. CBJ gets a pass this year (recruiting wise) but starting next year he better start. Getting some big time players or we will be relegated to second best in the SEC for a long time

Um he didnt kill Michigan even with Tebow and company
Um we recruit the same area's, we are also grabbing some great talent out of Ohio, something we couldnt do while Tressel was there

Vol fans quit acting like Green made a mistake because Meyer will dominate the BIG 10 at Ohio st, i'd rather have Meyer at Bama than Nick Saban, we have a tougher road than Michigan does. Meyer will win a heavy share of battlers, but he's no Nick Saban. The guy we have to go against every year.

I wish Green would have chose us too, but he didn't. No need for excuses, let's just move on.
