We have been in the bottom half of the SEC for the last 5 years now. It's going to take the right coach to put UT back up with the national contenders and frankly, I don't think that man is on The Hill today. So be prepared for a lot of lousy football for a while more I fear.

Dude those aren't his players. Wait until they have something to play for. He can recruit and glad you as a Michigan fan has to deal with him. I can't believe I'm arguing with a Michigan fan over Urban's recruiting ability. Oh just FYI wait till you get some of his special teams

It's not that black and white. There are way to many variables to make comparisons like this. Besides that it's not nsd yet either.

First of all, I'm not bashing Green or Michigan. It is my opinion they will not win the BIG whatever, because Meyer is the best recruiter in the conference and will dominate.
There are no points for second place. And it sure as hell won't get you a crystal ball. Which we actually have one. And I do wish Green well and good luck, it would have been nice to have him. But it is of my opinion we have more then capable options in Barber and Ford that are just as good.

Meyer is 1-1 vs Michigan. Most recent of the two games was a win. He isn't exactly a Dooley

Dude I don't give to craps about stars. It's about players. You see what USC's number 1 classes did at the lowly Sun Bowl or whatever the hell it was,did against GT and the inferior talent right. What about S.Car and the ass whipping they just put on you?

No it's not, he said Dooley had more time and he was wrong.

In my OP I said, "it's not time to hit the panic button yet" and "it's not NSD yet". I was correct about who had more time though.

you are the one who said compare classes didn't you. if you call a hail marry in the sc game a ass whooping have at it. and we DO have one of them glass balls, the year before you. i'm done as this is a tn forum and i'm sure people.........other then you don't much care about michigan football. have a nice night. :salute:

Good thing 9 EE already attended class or Dooley's first class wouldn't have looked as good as it did. CBJ is night and day above Dooley on effort alone.

If you are going to count beating Meyer with different recruits and a different coach do we get to brag about a game against Michigan 11 years ago?

Congrats on the pick up. Wish D. Green well as he seems like a good kid. But most of us can tell you with Fulmer's recruiting classes, winning the recruiting 'National Title' doesn't always translate on the field.
