I don't remember, what was it?

I'm not saying ESPN is the end all be all, but when one person says they're a 4* (which they technically are by 1 service) and you say they're 150 3*...I was simply pointing out where maybe that poster was getting his info from.

ESPN isn't my first choice, I prefer the composite rankings, but I was just saying where CAVOL may have been getting that Cornish and Cofer were 4 stars were from.

If we land Mitchell, I can see our 2014 class lookin like this:
1. Cornish
2. Cofer
3. Mitchell
4. McCormick
5. Hurt/Turman

Where would this likely land us? Top 20?

Yea top 20.

Not sure we'd take Mitchell and McCormick though. If we were to get Mitchell I see it being more along the lines of:

Mitchell
Cornish
London
Cofer
Hurt

Which would be top 15 most likely. I would love to add Kasongo or Turman to that 2014 class though, preferably Kasongo.

ESPN currently has 143 recruits rated at 4* or better. They generally have great basketball coverage, but that's too many.

We may get take 6 with any attrition.(Reese possibly) Hurt inside w/ Kasongo would be a nice combo down low.

I see 6 being the likely number. I could see Q and/or Reese transferring out, and if we've learned anything it is to expect the unexpected.

With us signing Cornish and Cofer early, along with say Mitchell or Austin, London and Hurt...that would give us 5 early signees at least. I would say its likely we'd look to sign at least 1 more come the spring signing period.

Do you think they slow play McCormick? I can see him trying to commit early in order to beat some of these other guys to the punch.

I prefer ESPN for basketball. I just feel like they do a better job than Rivals. Rivals makes football priority.

Didn't say Cornish or Cofer were slouches. I still believe this class needs a big time commitment from a player more on the national radar.
