'14 GA S Cortez McDowell (UT Signee 2/5/14)

McDowell at SS, TKJr at FS?

Absolutely. I think that is both of their natural positions. Their playing style are going to compliment the other the others very well.

They have the potential to be a scary combination in the coming years. IMO it's going to be our best safety combo since Berry and Morley (wish that kid could have kept his head on straight).

Barnett and Gaulden are the 2 I keep constantly hearing. Would not ne surprised to leave this weekend with a total of 23 or 24 total commits coming out of this weekend

Those two and Mouhon seem to be the ones with the most buzz right now. I'd love to leave this weekend with those 3 jumping on the train!

Good stuff, been waiting for those two to announce for awhile. I think Raulerson, Booth and Mouhon will be Vols by Sunday night as well. 5 days left in the week, 5 more commits. Coincidence? hmmm :)

First off, I liked what he said about UGA and could care less if he ever even gave an apology. I think subtle jabs like that are good for rivalries. I might feel different about it if UGA fans weren't such douche bags. But unfortunately they are.

I like how the UGA fans are on here acting like they are congratulating us, while telling us how awesome their program is.

We're an hour into media days today and no commitment so far! The sky is falling! Haha.

It was a dumb comment, which is why he later apologized.

Think about it. He did not want to go to UGA because our players are always getting in trouble, yet Auburn was the runner up and even was in the lead for a short time. I guess Auburn is another school that does not deal with off the field issues.

Maybe he was talking about personal experience, not media reports. It's conceivable that when he went on visits to Auburn, UT or wherever else he wasn't exposed to some bad things that he might have personally experienced when visiting UGA.

No, you think about it. It had nothing to do with Auburn or if kids get in trouble. I think he just wanted to take a shot at UGA and that's the subject he chose to use. The UGA fans are giving him hell and he fired a shot. And you know what.....I like it!

Bellamy must have whipped out the bongs around him.

Everything I've read says TK is SS.

I think both can run and hit, so I think they can be interchangeable and just simple be safeties.

TK just doesn't seem like a coverage guy you'd expect to see at FS. I'm an amateur though, I couldn't say for sure.

TK looks much scarier as far as who I wouldn't want to hit head on.
