'14 SC DT Poona Ford

USCe is currently licking themselves to sleep and shoving assorted paphernelia both sexual and industrial in orifices in a tepid attempt to keep pace on the recruiting trail. (Snickers because of implied sexual innuendo)

Hopefully he'll move back to his home in Johnson City and be enshrined with a statue, surrounded by manure, downtown as the biggest "Benedict Arnold/traitor" to ever come from our state! Eff this jackass!!

I think he retires to a place where he can play golf on the best courses. I don't know much about the golf courses in the Johnson City area. I doubt that he would return to Johnson City because there are many Vol fans would not be able to respect his accomplishments. Remember, he would have player at Tennessee if we were running from the T formation.

Ridiculous. I don't like Spurrier, but only because he has made a habit of beating Tennessee.

He has proven to be one of the best college coaches of the last 50 years.

The team that won a BCS bowl last year, or the team that's coming off a losing season?

These things need to be looked at in perspective. Us fans always think our history and tradition will win everytime.

True, but look at it from a prestiege perspective. UL is garbage compared to UT. UL is in a weak ass conference, plays a weak ass schedule, and even with their recent success there is no buzz about them.

Yep. Just ask Florida. :)

UL's win over UF has been highly exaggerated. Bowl game performances depend largely on motivation. UL was amped to be there and UF hungover from having, arguably, the best regular season resume in the country that was marred by a loss to UGA because one of their best players fumbled at the 5 and UGA, not UF, played Bama because of that fumble. Same thing happened with Bama against Utah (I think) a few years back.
