Having asked about Vic to other kids at his school, I have noticed a lot of hating. Some say he's not that good, too small, not fast enough for the SEC bla, bla, bla. I get the feeling that there is a undertow of jealousy. I have met him a couple of times and I can tell you my impression is that he is an excellent young man. He seems very confident and he should be. Every game I watched he was the fastest player on the field. Not only that he has recruited for TN tirelessly. He is a legacy. I will be upset if any promises made to him are broken. He deserves a scholarship and he will earn his playing time.
