'15 GA DE D'Andre Walker

If he wants to learn broadcasting he comes to UT there is no way the other 2 schools can touch what we have going. Truth.

If he wants to stay close to home its UGA and if Muschamp gets in his ear enough it could be the barn as a darkhorse.

Just look to Bob for excellence in broadcasting...

Looks like it'll be a "Dog" fight between Tennessee and Gerogia.

Been pro Tennessee in Twitter too.

Also, It seems to be that he and Jordan Williams are close friends/family.

Think you show guys like Walker the film of Chris Weatherd this year and tell him he's your future at that spot. Explain that Weatherd came in later than expected but you plan on using that package a bit more in the future.

Tell him Henderson is gone and Weatherd leaves after a year so he's got an opportunity to come in and have a wide open shot, almost immediately, to be a terror on opposing QBs as both a spy and a pass rusher.

It's not necessarily a DE position but it's similar enough that it should appeal to him.

Per Hubbs

While in recent weeks since his official visit, Tennessee has been in good shape with D'Andre Walker, it seems both Georgia and Auburn are storming back in the picture.

The Atlanta defensive end, according to those close to his recruitment, had a great time in Knoxville on his official visit and Tennessee seemed to be riding some momentum into the dead period. But, Walker has decided not to announce at the Army All-American Game at the beginning of January and will now likely take both official visits to Georgia and Auburn as the Vols will have to fight to hold on to any momentum they had coming out of his visit.

LMAO this is one where I just don't see how we can get in yet another phenomenal DE prospect but yet we lead. I'm going all Leb and trying to figure how we get this guy, Phillips and what we currently already have even if we lose Dylan Jackson. I will say this is the best I've felt about Dline recruiting in a longgggggggggggggggggg time.

Don't forget Darrell Taylor!

Lol at uga fans talking crap about UT players transferring... They should know a thing or two about that.

UGA players don't transfer. Transferring players go to other educational institutions. UGA players who leave usually go to other types of institutions.

I think we sell him on becoming the next Maggit.(DE/OLB), say he'll always be an OLB at UGA and he wasn't even considering Florida before but We could say Muschamp wont be there in four years anyway.

I have a feeling since we survived the Tech visit with Taylor that Walker is less of a priority. They look like the same guy to me. That's hard to grasp because I believe pass rushers are a premium. But you rarely line up two sub 250 pound pass rushers on the same snap. Plus, Butcher.

You do realize we have 2 OLB positions, and 2 DE's, right? So, why would we have to recruit/take only Taylor or Walker, rather than both?

Well, Walker and Taylor both play the same position so I can see his point. However, I do think if we can fit both guys in that we will take both.

I love blind homer posts. Top ranked journalism/broadcasting schools this year:

1. Missouri
2. UGA

Ok, homer on...
