'15 GA DE D'Andre Walker

This guy has closing equal to or better than Sweat

Trust me I'am in know way saying he is a fall back plan more of we wanted both got one so let's take the sting out of losing the other kind of deals. I know the play different positions one being weak side and the other being strong side, but and this is jmo if we had to pick one I would have picked walker. Crazy athlete. I know people really want Phillips cause he is very talented and an instate kid, but I would much rather but my foot down in the state of Georgia year in and year out for recruits. Even though our talent in the state is on the rise.

Is he as good as Phillips? Was the hype with Phillips more of him being instate? Which I hate to lose instate players but starting to move on....

"Still a long ways to go with Walker, but Muschamp to Auburn has made it a little more interesting and good for Tennessee. Tennessee has had good momentum since his visit and honestly hearing Auburn is fading pretty quickly in that race.

Georgia will still very much be a contender and receive an official visit, but Tennessee is in a nice position right now. Just wouldn't be surprised if we saw some more drama towards the finish line."

Vol?

Would more than make up for losing Phillips imo, and I know one is a SDE and one is a WDE blah blah blah

Unless they plan on playing Walker at OLB which I would like.

Boom?

I like this guy over phillips because of the pass rusher he is. Phillips is an all around guy but I like Walker beccause of his ability to rush the passer.

I'm not sure this staff views DEs as SDE/WDE. I think they want multiverstal guys on the line. Walker and Taylor bring a different dimension than what a guy like DB or CV brings.

Then, you have guys like ford who are very unrated. I know, I know, all our players are unrated, right? But seriously, Ford, Smith, and Picou are big time players. Personally, I like Miller at CB too.

Agree with all of this

What most forget is that we should improve next season, thus the good recruiting will continue. The 2016 class brings in more talent, and so on....

All of this depth, in-state, silents, etc garbage will not be as concerning when we have four complete classes of studs.

This right here. The fact that Butch is bringing in the talent that he is on a 6-6 (soon to be 7-6) season is no less miraculous than it was last season. Imagine what he will bring when we start winning big games or by the grace of God Almighty himself, win the East next year.

Ryan where would you say Walker commits to during the game?
I don't have a great feel for it right now. Hopefully I'll know more in a couple of days. But I'm guessing it probably will be Tennessee or Georgia. Auburn seems to have lost some ground recently.

I don't have a good feeling about Walker at all... Hope I'm wrong. I really like his athleticism.

Those saying they prefer Walker over Phillips. I think in terms of upside both are pretty damn gifted. Yall do realize they play different positions though right? Completely different prospects.
