Edoga's a snitch. We prob won't hear of him again after he disappears on the west coast.

Kid must have some grade or character concerns because his on-field production is top notch.

Also, Fortenberry has on multiple occasions stated it's likely that Griffin ends up a linebacker. So if you count him that 3 linebackers in this class.

Of course, that leaves us thin at safety.

Interesting on griffin because we could use 1 safety in this class

I agree. However it doesn't look likely that we are going to add one in the 2015 class unless Griffin stays at safety.

We do lead for two of the top safeties in the 2016 class though.

Five-star OT predicts Sapp will pick Vols

During a friendly Twitter exchange Wednesday night with four-star linebacker Quart'e Sapp of Milton (Ga.) High School, five-star offensive tackle Chuma Edoga of Powder Springs, Ga., predicted that Sapp ultimately will commit to Tennessee.

Sapp congratulated teammate Obe Fortune on his commitment to Appalachian State on Wednesday and added that he couldn't "wait till its my turn." The 6-foot-3, 276-pound Edoga — who has been committed to Southern California since April — responded by tweeting to Sapp, "we all know you going to UT."

Minutes later, Edoga tweeted, "#CrystalBall Quarte Sapp to Tennessee."

Tennessee has been the favorite to land the 6-foot-1.5, 200-pound Sapp for months on the 247Sports Crystal Ball, and 19 of his 20 current predictions point to the Vols as the front-runner.

Sapp is ranked the nation's No. 297 overall prospect and No. 24 outside linebacker in the 247Sports Composite for the 2015 class.

Interesting considering Paul said yesterday on VQ that he doesn't think they'll take another LB in this class.

When news came out that Berry and McDowell had been moved to LB, I figured we were probably done having 2 committed for 2015. Probably only way they take another would be a best available type situation much closer to NSD. I doubt it comes into play.

I think UT and A&M were his only real chances to go to an SEC school. A&M is far from home and is probably waiting on TX talent. We seemed to fall off after the Paulk incident. JMO.

Do look for some names @ safety to surface. Can't confirm the rumored position swap with griffin but can say safety is something that isn't 100% closed down yet.

Yeah if he ends up at LB that makes the safety position for 2016 look even more scary. Who in the world do they have back there besides Kelly?

Gaulden very well may be the nickel next year, they seem to be moving Evan all over the place from CB to S to RB. Every one thinks Elliot and McDowell are future LB's. That position is never talked about but it looks really thin right now for 2016.

They almost have to looking at the roster for 2016. You don't want to have to count of freshman at that spot, especially in a starting role. I wish they'd make an all out play for Brian Cole with the situation up at Michigan.

Agreed. He had his chance to commit earlier in the process and just as I predicted if he waited too long he'd lose his spot. He's not that kind of prospect IMO that you take no matter what.
