I have seen quotes where he says he is interested in being a QB only. I have also seen quotes where he says some schools are recruiting him as a QB only, while others are recruiting him as an athlete. I have yet to see any quote saying TN is recruiting him as a QB only. Am I missing something?

Not really plain and simple.

Recruited as a QB, let him practice there for a week or 2, throws a bunch of picks, and then gets moved to S and balls out.

He's now the #1 Overall prospect in Tennessee as well by 247.

It looks like Tennessee has a real shot with 5 of their Top 6 (Jefferson #2, Phillips #4, Richmond #5 and Jones #6).

Surprised Zach Stewart still isn't getting any respect.

Really hoping TN can get Jefferson on campus again ASAP. I cant imagine a WR of his mold would want to play at freaking OSU.

No offense to you or your son. But I will reserve my opinion until I hear something a little more official.

FTR. I do not doubt for a second that JJ said that to your son.

Just added Jauan on the Football Class Calculator, and that would put us at 5th in the rankings. We are currently 8th.

What part of that post makes you think I am saying, or even implying that anyone has lied? I stated the quotes I have seen, and encouraged you to show me quotes that say UT is specifically recruiting him as a QB.
