That's a lot of weight for a 17-18 year old. I ft like my forearms we're going to snap doing 310, couldn't imagine 500 lbs, hell I'm not even sure I could deadlift that. Hopefully he turns into a road grading guard. Coalfield always had some strong boys when I was in school, they do a pretty good job in there strength and conditioning for a little school
