'15 TN WR Van Jefferson

Say what you want, but these days the state of Mississippi has some of the best race relations in the South, if not the country IMO. I'm in MS often for work and the interactions between blacks and whites there is a sight to behold, especially from where things were 50 yrs ago. I hear the n-word and see a genuine lack of respect for other races far more in TN and KY, where I spend most of my time.

I'm talking about the University of Mississippi.

Man he just doesn't sound like a dude who's about to flip. If it happens, I'll be really shocked.

Agreed. His attitude in interviews seems 180 degrees away from what d1conley is saying. I hope he's right, but Van has a heck of a poker face if he flips.

Trust me the kid hates UGA offense and if he goes there it's by force from his mom. He has told UT coaches he wants to do this not just myself. He's supposed to be on an express drive by trip but who knows.

Awesome info as always. I'm surprised them bringing in 4 other highly rated WR's in the same class doesn't seem to be a factor (at least with the mother), especially with how little they throw the ball around in the first place. It's just odd the whole thing seems to be tied to Rocker, who is the DL coach and who very well may end up back in the NFL in the next year or two.

sounds like a hot mess to me.

Either way...... Volnation is looney.. We want to flip everyone and yet not of our recruits can take a visit..

Not sure about others, but for me I like to keep all our best instate talent if possible. UGA has more to choose from their own state than TN IMO. UGA really don't have to leave state like The Big Orange does. But I don't lose sleep over it. Butch seems to be able to replace ppl that want to be somewhere else

I can't believe that some fans actually believe that the UGA offense has a little bit of passing. You guys might be thinking about Tech.

He could visit on his own couldn't he? Dead period is for coaches right?

I don't think recruits can be on campus during the dead period, but I may be wrong. If they can, then they definitely cannot have any contact with the coaching staff.

What fans notice is the Gurley and Chubb running the ball and it appears to be a heavy run offense but looking at the stats on ESPN it looks more balanced rush vs passing yardage.

Georgia ran it about 63% of the time this year iirc. How could anybody blame em with that 3 headed monster they had on and off?

No one can blame them for that but I would certainly point that out to a WR recruit that we are battling them for.

I disagree and I have worked there as well.
