'15 TN WR Van Jefferson

Ravenwood Alumni here and current UT student. The people I am connected to through Ravenwood are also saying things are looking very orange and white for Van Jefferson.

Gotta also keep in mind that each year RHS sends moving trucks of kids to UT. Van would have plenty of his close high school friends going to UT as well. That's a little factor nobody seems to be talking about.

Boom.

Haha, you guys

Don't like the sound of this...

"Top247 rising senior wide receiver Van Jefferson of Ravenwood High School in Brentwood, Tenn., one of Tennessee’s top remaining targets in the 2015 class, made his much-anticipated visit to Ohio State last week, and it seems to have shifted some of the momentum in his recruitment back toward the Buckeyes. Multiple sources close to Jefferson’s recruitment said the Vols undoubtedly were in good shape with Jefferson following his visit to UT last month for its first “Orange Carpet Day,” but it now appears to be a neck-and-neck race between Tennessee and Ohio State. Sources close to the Vols even indicated Sunday that some of their optimism regarding Jefferson has started to fade coming off his visit to Ohio State.

The 6-foot-2.5, 172-pound Jefferson has discussed perhaps announcing his decision on his birthday, which is Saturday, and that remains at least an outside possibility. But a source close to his recruitment said Sunday that Jefferson and his family still are looking into scheduling another trip to Georgia soon, and if they decide to visit the Bulldogs again, he’s likely to postpone his decision until after his birthday. Regardless, Jefferson still is planning to announce his choice before the start of his season."

look out that window Van, that's the line of WRs wanting in. Come to the best or flounder in Big Ten drivel like the rest.

If he puts it off, he likely visits again. Butch will win that battle. Other than Percy, Urban hasn't a good WR. Surely that's obvious to them. Just wait for the visit high to come down

This one worries me little we are stacked at WR. I would be open to taking on a project even at this point. Its Jefferson's spot to lose.
