What's your deal? He obviously said that because he was happy there was actually an on topic post again. You've been weirdly protective of anything you see as a slight against QD.
How was I or you supposed to know he wasn't saying Dormady finally had a big game? What's your deal? You a mind reader?
I'm just excited about the crop of qb's coming to Tenn.
There is a whole lotta something going on up in here for a couple pages and not one post has anything to do with QD. Just saying..
finally.
Thanks
Makes you wonder if Dobbs can even throw the ball. The ideal QB for this system is a somewhat mobile one that can make all of the throws. Much more worried about the future QB than I am the OL.
I actually think dormady, as long as he's healthy, has a good chance of taking the starting job his freshman year. And I really like Kendall, think he challenges Dormady his sophomore year, and ends up getting it his junior year... Barring we don't sign like the number 1 qb down the road.
No faith in Jennings to develop enough in time to take the starting job. His completion rate is pretty dreadful, and it's high school. We can't afford that right now. I do like him to contribute, but not at qb so much, unless it's the occasional series which wouldn't even happen until he developed a couple years.
:whistling: Psst!!!! Jennings' completion rate is higher than Dormady's. Plus he has had a TON of drops this year. I love people that just throw "facts" around and don't have a clue what they are talking about.
I do like Dormady's game, too. I think we have 2 really good ones ready to battle it out.

That's all we need. Doesn't have to be a Kaepernick. Just someone who can pick up a few yards when he needs to.
This. He is able to do that. He is also not afraid of contact nor is he afraid of throwing the ball away either. Through 7 games he has only fumbled the ball one time. And has a total of 147 rushing yards on 43 attempts. So in essence he does not run the ball a ton but runs it enough to keep the d honest
Gun Lsinger kind of like bray but can actually move and run a little. Idk who the best comparison is but I'm excited for jennings and dormandy to compete with Dobbs
IMO Dobbs will be the starter in 2015 and Peterman will be #2. I think that is exactly why CBJ is RSing Dobbs this year as IMO he would be #2 behind Worley right now. CBJ is rolling the dice that Worley stays healthy enough to finish the year and it would not waste a year for Dobbs in mop up duty. Jennings and Dormady RS IMO in 2015. Then I expect to see Kendall RS for 2016.
I think people sell Dobbs short after he was thrown to the wolves last year because of injuries. The kid is talented and does move pretty well. His time in the system IMO gives him a huge advantage over the new guys coming in. I think he easily wins the QB battle in 2015.
Yep
Everyone thinks a true freshman quarterback in the SEC is going to be the answer. I'd love to see some recent track record on that line of thought.
