If he is indeed moving on IMO the staff feel pretty good, no they dang near know that they are having to make room. Otherwise why do you "trim fat" this late in the process. At this point if anyone is looking around or asked to it's because the staff need the spot for a sure thing. But hey that's just my opinion.

TN coaches could easily spin this "well we were sure JRM was going to the NFL now that he isn't we have one less scholarship for linebackers I am sorry" but in reality Shoop wants to cut Hart for Bailey or Woods imo

Great athlete and will be a very good LB in college. When I read the updates on him I get the feeling all he wanted was the new staff at Georgia to show him some love. I think they were going to easily repair that bond. He signs with UGA I believe.

That word doesn't change the meaning of the tweet. He's clearly talking about the coaching staff. I guess there is a possibility it's about his high school coaches or other college coaches but that's very unlikely

It was mentioned a while back on VQ he was talking to Memphis, so I don't think this kid is exactly being blindsided here.

It is what it is if CBJ and company made the choice to pull his spot but I hope this is at least somewhat mutual.. Definitely don't get that vibe from his tweets.. MUS is not a place we need bad pub.. We have a tough time in west Tenn and Memphis in particular anyway and next year there are 2 or 3 big time talents in west tenn( trey smith, cordarrian, Hayden) not to mention moving forward years ahead.. Seems like a bad move so late.. Why so late?? The others were one thing but didn't affect OUR STATE!!

I wonder why so many Memphis peeps turn towards the west SEC teams. I grew up outside of Memphis..played SYS and grew up all Vols
