I hope that Chase is able to go to a team that knows how to use a quality tight end correctly. That place isn't Tennessee under this current offensive staff.

Wolf would be more productive if he didn't drop the ball. I am pretty sure he dropped a TD early in the year, and he has had at least a half a dozen drops. People just want to argue to argue.
They've missed on recruiting TE position. Point is TE is a featured position in this offense. If not for drops/soft play at TE this season, the production would be there.
Unfortunate. I was always concerned how this one would play out. "You're the only one", is usually a lot of nonsense. Especially when Bumphus has said all along he's being taken as a TE. But that could be BS as well. Its recruiting I suppose.
I think this new TE commit fits Scotts type of TE. A lot like Chase, a tad faster but Chase is stronger. I like Tenn because they are weak at TE. I feel Chase would play as a freshman. Taking another TE doesn't bother me as much as the lack of communication and respect that we have not gotten.
Lack of communication. Seems we hear that quite a bit with the current staff. They are so worried about the "next guy", they tend to forget about the other guy.
Tight end recruiting is one of the hardest positions to project. I believe I read a stat that it had the highest percentage of 3* starters in the NFL due to that reason. You literally have no idea who is or isn't great.
(No disrespect intended Rockchaw. I want Chase to be a part of this class and he looks great on film. My only point is that it is one of the toughest positions to grade/project for scouting services.)
He blocks great, has a 3.25 gpa. Mentally tough and physically too. He will finish having started in 52 straight high school games.. 4000 rec yards 230 receptions and around 50 tds.. I don't know what else he has to do? No stress here. He will play for big time program. We are still committed to Tenn. The only thing that has changed is we are opening up other options more aggressively. Not going to not protect my sons best interest!
