I would say you're right about Phillips. He's going elsewhere & I think it's going to be Texas A&M. We have less than a 10% chance if you ask me but you still never know with these kids.

This happens all the time but that doesn't mean a person is a handler. I know a parent from Louisiana who got money from 4 power 5 schools so that money part hasnothing to do withbeing a handler. Some schools pay just to get a player to town whether official or unofficial visit. While recruiting is a big business and a dog eat dog world every one gets something

UT chose not to recruit him so it wasn't his choice. In the CPF or Dooley eras they'd hv taken him like most Power 5 schools would, but we've heard things like he's too big etc. So that's why ots very little chance. The top 3 are likely aTm, Oklahoma, & Bama
