Jones an co. are some of the best as I've said repeatedly.
You don't think we offered Jennings with the notion we would me him wr or s if QB.
You must be new to football.

From the few articles ive read on Phillips, he really likes OU alot. I dont know how much truth is in this, but I heard he grew up a OU fan.
He loves OU and Bama but those schools are going all out for him. Yes OU has bn a favorite to him but seriously he was elated with UT at 1st when offered and then they slow played him i think he said it and moved on. Kid has become 10x the player he was when they offered 3 yrs ago. Like some have mentioned big MLB or not Jacob can go sideline to sideline and is a tackling machine. He has work to do in pass covg but overall he's a ready to go MLB right now.
I've been informed that Rivals100 linebacker Jacob Phillips is set to visit for this weekend's game against Florida and is likely to stay the night. He was invited to visit by linebackers coach Tommy Thigpen.
Phillips has already taken official visits to Oregon, Oklahoma and Notre Dame is set to visit Alabama next week. He will take his fifth and final official visit to Texas A&M in October before announcing his decision.
Right now, Oklahoma is the leader, with Oregon in second and Alabama serving as a wildcard because of their loaded depth chart.
Would love to see some senior film on this kid. I can see where the staff might see a DE in college. Looks like his lateral quickness might be in question. Would love to hear from De1 to see if that has improved.
Don't get me wrong I like the kids ability and feel he is a Power 5 player but he will need to improve speed for sure.
