Wisconsin is not the SEC west. Not saying he wont have a great run game but losing somebody like Pittman may be difficult.
Bielema has always produced a big running games. Pittman was a hell of a OL coach but so is BB. For example the guy the Titans hired under Whiz had no real clue about OL concepts because he only had the job by name. BB was the real OL coach at Wisconsin.
On Hayden he's a really good kid, nice speed, but he's a bit of a tweener at Rb in the SEC and will have to gain a little weight. I promise you where ever he goes he'll be a player. Since his Jr yr he's already thicker and gained some weight. At our Alcoa camp he was Rb MVP and there were some nice Rbs present. My thinking is the pick will be Arkansas

To me, these are the ones it doesn't matter.
Instate, legacy, talented, kids a player.
Sign him, coach him, and at worst he's solid depth at RB.
Every scholarship RB we have is better tham him. Chandler and Akers are better. So is Coleman.
The kid has been able to go to camps and do pretty well. But imo he is not a top 250 player.
He is a Kentucky, Arkansas, Mizzou type of recruit. And not someone high on their board at that.
We just added Lewis. A RB that I believe was ranked like #1500 in the country. He's "depth" for 2016 I get that. He'll be 4th or 5th on the depth chart. He counts toward 2017.
Hurd and AK will carry the load, just like last year. Kelly will get a few carries here and there.
No disrespect to Lewis, but Chase Hayden should have that scholarship.

Not if the coaches don't see him at RB and he doesn't want to play slot. I figured that was the issue. Deconley confirmed that he is a tweener. Good luck to him, but your fascination with him is ridiculous. The coaches know what they want and have proven to be good recruiters and developers of talent.
If he can play RB at USCe or at Arkansas, he can play at Tennessee. Just under 6', 190 pounds going into his SR year, went for around 3000 yards last year. RB depth? I could make it work.

If you had been our coach you would've been fired in year two for keeping the lower rated recruits and not upgrading. They would be asking for the Dooley back.
Really? How did Devrin look at the opening? Was Devrin ranked #183 overall on 247? You're being silly now.
Similar type of player. Tweener that is not really a RB and not really a WR. Lacks ideal size. Quicker rather than fast. Yes, similar. Hayden probably just slightly more talented version of the same type of player. Hayden rankings and Opening performance don't quite match up to his recruitment, does it? UT and USCe won't take commitment.
