From that little bit on that video, EJ is every bit as good as TL. He even has a stronger arm. I would be extremely happy with either one.

In terms of physical tools hes the best QB to come out in several years. Already has more polish than Rosen, Hackenberg or Winston ever did.

Would really stink if we came in 2nd for both Lawrence and Emory Jones. Ever since I saw TL's freshman tape I dreamed of having Peyton come back in town just in time to become a QB coach and recruit Trevor. Looking more like Peyton isn't coaching, but would still hope Trevor can be the next all time great QB here.

This is all UGA and has been for weeks. If he's even remotely considering UT at this point he's doing one hell of a job hiding it.

I want TL more than Emory. I do feel better about Jones as a passer after that video. I've been waiting for another great Pocket Passer. Bray could have been it, coaching and attitude ruined it. I think TL will (if we land him) be that guy. Imagine our O-line if we land smith. Then TL, with Chandler, CFA, and possibly Akers in the backfield.

I've heard TL's mobile ability is really underrated. Just how good is Emory's?

No offense, but I don't remember seeing an interview with Lawrence where he indicated that he has eliminated Tennessee. Nor have I seen any Tennessee recruiting site people indicate that we are no longer involved.

I get the feeling that the Vol inferiority complex that developed over the last 7 or 8 years is still alive and well in a number of our fans.

His Twitter tells the story. Kid went from heavy UT to nothing for a month now. He's a Dawg and it's pretty easy to see.

yeah...he is also tweeting alot about his girlfriend for the last month..has me thinking he wants to stay close to home with her. Yes, Georgia is his home, but I think she plays a role into why he has been posting about Georgia so much lately. I think we simply need to grind this one out and encourage him to be patient in making a decision. Chances are Emory Jones is going to committ to Ohio State by the end of the summer. Our best bet is to perform well this year and continue to sell him the opportunity to play for his childhood team and follow in the steps of Peyton Manning, the GOAT.

Don't think many people want to play in this scheme. Basically, it has shown nothing, but for it to allow a scrambling qb to shine. No future bound nfl player wants to play in this scheme when they can't showcase their own skills. Ballers wanna ball

Some say the same thing about TN and especially AU.

The spread can show off QB talent especially if they are accurate. Both CU and OSU have good QB and QBs lined up wanting to be next. Their offenses have even led both of those OC's to get a HC gig, Herman and Morris. Perhaps the difference at TN is the OC???
