Picked up an offer From The university of Clemson.���� ~TrulyBlessed~���� @ClemsonTigerNet @ChadSimmons_ @ClemsonInsider @RecruitGeorgia

Anyone else think it's hypocritical of Dabo to offer a committed kid? When he accepts a commit, he tells them they are engaged (creepy, I know) and they wouldn't go on dates with others being committed to their future wife, so no more visits? Kinda wish Dixon tells Dabo thanks, but I'm engaged.

Honestly, if he decides to decommit and go to Clemson, let him go. Butch recognized his talent way before Dabo did and we were his 1st offer. Not sure how you can just spurn Tennessee like that after basically making him a priority early in the process.

Not saying it will happen but you never know with these kids anymore.

So, you wouldn't fight for him? I'd go all in for James Cook, he's Kamara on steroids.

Wait.. when Dixon committed it was all, Kamara 2.0! Great get! Now when Clemson offers we say oh well let him walk and try and target Cook because he's actually Kamara 2.0?

To be fair, Cook is the #3 RB in the nation, a 5 star, and his brother was the best back in the nation last year. Would you rather Cook go to UGA?

I take it that as soon as you flirt with Dabo then we are calling Cook and trying to guage interest. If the player opens another door even slightly, then we are going to have to do the same. Due diligence.

I'd rather him stay at FSU or go outside the SEC. Obviously don't want him at UGA.

I have no problem with due diligence. I was referring to the fact that someone said they would just let him walk if he flirted with Clemson because there are "better" running backs out there. This staff wouldn't let Dixon go without a fight.

Do you think Tn would take 3? Cook isn't going to be your 20 carry guy but can fill the Kamara role easily. He looks better catching the ball honestly, they had him at WR at the Opening.

I think so and they should. Grant looks like a solid back but not elite. You win Nattys with elite. He could end up on D.

I'm really happy with the two backs we have committed. I don't want either of them to look at other options because we start pursuing Cook. He's a long shot in my opinion. I think Dixon will feel the Kamara role nicely, and think Grant can get up to around 220 and get the tough yards.
