-Callahan on why he basically has to visit. He's with his 7-on-7 team. It's not as if he's visiting a school on his own. He's one of probably 15-20 kids on the team, so the only way for him to avoid making the visits would be to basically sit in the car or on the bus or whatever while everyone else visits the schools.
Rivals Dozen: adidas East Coast Invitational
WINDERMERE, Fla. -- Hundreds of college-bound prospects showed on in central Florida for Saturdays adidas East Coast Invitational on Saturday afternoon. There were dozens of teams in the event and the action was fast, making it impossible to catch every snap of every game. Below are 12 of the top individual performances we observed during the tournament.
Recruiting Wrap: Taylor is committed to Tennessee. He recently picked up offers from Louisville, UCF and Georgia.
Performance: Taylor plays quarterback for his high school team but his future is likely at wide receiver and he showed why on Saturday. The electric playmaker became a favorite target of Bailey and once the two got into a groove it was fun to watch. Offensive weapons like Taylor don't come along very often so the Vols were smart in making him an early priority.
Nice click bait troll job by 247 to make it sound like he's looking around.
Don't really think its click bait as Alontae has blown up and offers are coming in daily. Coaches are calling and offering like crazy. He will be with the TN Select team and will be on several visits throughout the summer, but they're not personal visits at all. He's very solid at this point and wants to be close to home in-state.
Very solid to us as well. I live in the county beside him and have seen him play several times. Kid is a baller on a bad team. He is the true definition of making something out of nothing. Very proud of his accomplishments so far.
