'18 TX DT Otito Ogbonnia (UCLA signee)

6'4" 295lb.. Dayumm. From the pic it doesn't look like he has a lot of 'bad weight'.. Looks like an early contributor..

just finished visiting with him. Interesting this was his first football visit. Other trips have been for track. He will visit either Nebraska or Notre Dame next week. Said visit was good. Pruitt talked to him about playing multiple DL spots.

Hosted by Trey smith. Mom made visit she was impressed with the staff and how the weekend was managed and set up. She likes the staff

Noticed at the end he wants to major in Engineering. Doesn't UT have some of the best Engineering in the country?

That's one of the reasons Chris Scott chose Tennessee. He knew someone who got an engineering degree from Tennessee and went onto a successful career.

I know Tennessee has one of the better Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering programs. I'm not as familiar with the other engineering programs there, however. Someone else may want to answer for those.

Yeah. I've heard as a whole they are up there. It helped with Dobbs too.

One of the few to offer Aerospace at the undergrad level, and Nuclear is top 5ish for all Public Universities

UT is really investing in their engineering programs too. A new $120 million educational facility is going to built behind the stadium, on the side of the Hill next to Tickle engineering building.

Honestly, as an alumni, I'm quite impressed with how campus is starting to look. It's not just a concrete jungle anymore.

Estabrook was a shack. Spent a lot of time in there. I’m glad the CEs have somewhere better.

Gonna be tough to overcome Texas Tech IMO. Two siblings there. Terrible defense (early PT opp there for him like at UT I would guess).

but, you start at the back of the circle and release at the front of the circle right? Ergo...forward motion...even if it is in a circular manner.

We can all agree it's not timed though right?

Even though no official times them, I usually do just for fun. The tv announcer always makes a big deal about the guy who throws it the farthest, but I know who the real winner is.
