19 students, 3 adults dead in Texas elementary shooting.

Trump says Teachers should be Armed, calls for Cops in All Schools and Slams Uvalde police for taking 'too long' As He Reads Names of 21 Victims To Bell Tolls and says 'evil' gunman 'will burn in the fires of hell'

Former President Donald Trump called for an overhaul of school security in the aftermath of the Uvalde shooting and demanded that teachers be armed during a speech to National Rifle Association members on Friday.

'Surely we can all agree our schools should not be the softest target our school should be the single hardest target in our country,' he said to applause.

But while protesters outside demanded tougher restrictions on deadly firearms, Trump followed other Republicans in insisting that guns in the hand of law-abiding citizens were the best way to tackle violent crime.

The former president opened in reflective mode. Trump began by calling for a moment's silence as he read the names of each of the 21 people killed in the Uvalde slaughter.

The audience stood and a bell tolled as each name was read.

It literally makes me sick to my stomach. And those poor kids. Imagine what isn't like to cover yourself in your dead friends blood and play dead....for an hour. Its absolutely sickening.

Ugh I don’t want to think about it. I was over at my one of my best friends house yesterday and his youngest daughter is 10. Just looking at her almost made me cry. I have been around her since she was born. I couldn’t imagine her being gone in that fashion.

Sometimes you have to infringe on one person's rights to protect the rights of many. I know there are some poster in the PF who absolutely hate that reality and try their damnedest to deny the necessity.

No better example than a person who can be reasonably presumed to be a threat of committing acts of mass violence.

How did Facebook and the FBI just “miss the boat” on this kid?

You should treat your right to vote like that. Many of this world most brutal tyrants were initially elected to office.
I explained how I treat my vote. I believe I even called it sacred. That doesn’t mitigate the responsibility that comes with owning firearms.

Ok so take a look. Money well spent on beefing up security for schools. If our worthless government can come up with $40 billion to send to a corrupt nation then they can easily come up with at least that much to provide security for ALL schools no?

So we’re into precognition now?

Mrs wireless was just now on Facebook, as we verbally discussed sinks for our new home, a sink ad pops up on Facebook, Facebook knew the shooter’s discussions

Go post something disparaging about Covid or the 2020 election. Screenshot an ammo can and post it on marketplace. They react in the blink of an eye to that s***.

I think too many are overly obsessed with protecting the rights of the individual.
I see bad decisions knowingly made on a daily basis in the name of rights of the individual.

We desperately need to get back to acknowledging that there is a trade off that frequently has to be made.

So this all was made possible because a teacher propped open the door to the school illegally. It is taught that any door that supposed to be looked should not be propped open because it is a security risk.

Teachers aren’t paid enough as it is.

But sure, let’s give them weapons and still pay them peanuts to be armed security guards, in addition to educating your children.

Nobody is talking about “giving them weapons” if they are they’re idiots. Teachers should be allowed to be armed if they choose to be and I would even support advanced training for those that choose to be armed.

I didn’t say it mitigated it, I just believe the right to vote is a greater responsibility.

When we stop protecting the rights of the individual the country is done.

You are free to give up your rights. Asking others to give up theirs so you will feel better is ridiculous. Trade offs have already been made and enough is enough.
