19 students, 3 adults dead in Texas elementary shooting.

It's getting cringe. Poor guy's in way over his head crossing over into the PF with his shtick.

It's odd because I'd always kinda liked him and found his schtick slightly endearing in the FF forum. He didn't bother me, even though he once tried to chastise me for posting an old B&W Shirley Temple celebratory dance gif in a recruiting boom thread. Thankfully a mod removed his banter.

From 2016-2020 I'd never even once opened the PF, much less read a thread in here. Due to participation on other online political/social forums & communities, I had a good idea of what to expect here. I had no intention of getting my hands dirty and wallowing in the muck of the PF. Volnation was just a simple place of solace and blissfull focus on football for me.

But then 2020, Covid, lockdowns, Floyd, BLM, and Pruitt happened....... A few of you PF degenerates kept stirring the pot and posting bait about Pruitt & BLM's involvement in the FF. I tried to give a very civil and moderate reply before I realized it was a bait thread. But then someone took a swing at me, so I swung back. By the time I put my hands down the mods had moved everything over here to the PF. You PF degenerates had stolen my innocence and my hands were dirty.

I can accept my end, but this place could use some kind of 'Warning!-This Is Sparta' notice for the newcomers.

Like with Woodsman, I've seen it happen about 20 times over the past two years here in the PF now. They show up full of bravado, confident in their shtick
View attachment 461098

And they're broken before they ever figure out what went wrong.

A must have thick skin before entering PF warning would be sweet . Lol

There you go, a detour from the intent/message of the original post. Exactly what I expected.

No dude! I brought up valid points you can’t deny and it’s killing you. If you don’t think so, argue the points I’ve made directly instead of backpedaling and making ridiculous statements and claims. That video is a classic example of why we’re having this discussion to begin with. Common sense should tell you that the dude did SOMETHING to get a gun pulled on him. No one pulls a gun for no reason. Without audio you only know what it “looks” like. Which is exactly what the media has done for years. Exactly what they’ve obviously done to you. Brainwashed into believing what it looks like while not considering the source OR the other side of the story they don’t want you to know.

Patently false.

That's a lie, intentional or not, still a lie. I've had a gun stuck in my face twice in my lifetime. Once while walking down a street, a car full of punks pulled up, one jumped with a .357, comes up close and personal with it aimed inches from my head. One of his buds shouted, "That ain't him!" Guy jumps back in the car, and they speed off. The other, was I exited a Kmart store, guy walking ahead of me whirled around pointed a .38 at my head. It made me mad, I pushed my head against the barrel and glared to him. Three seconds of that, and he ran off to his car and left. Don't try telling me there aren't jackasses who will pull a gun on you for no reason at all, it's dayum lie.

I admitted there are all kinds but in that video there is more to the story.

Yes, but your story was also: "No one pulls a gun for no reason." and that's a false narrative. But never-mind, we'll just keep going around in circles as we don't agree and it's no longer worth the time and attention for me. But I did have fun while it lasted.

Yeah. I didn’t choose my words wisely on that one. But majority speaking……

For one thing, the 9/11 hijackers also had fake bomb devices strapped to their bodies for crowd control. Yes, modified box cutters were used to kill the pilots from behind, and passengers who immediately resisted but obviously, being aboard a plane at 15,000 feet, is an entirely different circumstance than what we are talking about in this thread.

Second, I never said that a knife or a bat, couldn't be used to kill people, including children. What I objected to, was the assertion that a knife or a bat would be as efficient at killing people as an AR 15 style rifle would be .... and I don't believe the death toll ever reaches 21 people, before there is successful outside intervention.

And like I said before .... You let me know the next time we have a bat-swinger kill over 10 people in a school building. That has never happened. Such attacks with an AR 15 style rifle have become an annual occurrence in American schools.
So are you saying if we take the AR 15 away that Uvalde doesn’t happen? Or are you only saying the AR 15 is more efficient than a bat/knife? Of course it’s more efficient if that’s all you’re saying.

Just because someone doesn’t use a bat or knife doesn’t mean they couldn’t take out a bunch of kids with those things. And your measure of 10 is ridiculous. So if 9 people are killed then no biggie? Most shootings aren’t 10+.

And this is just you speculating.
It’s not speculation that my AR-15 is multi use. It’s not speculative that people were being pulled out of their cars at the time of his Aldi story. It’s not speculation that there was no audio in the video he used as evidence and it’s not speculation that the media twist chit to fit their narrative the same way he tried to do. Maybe you need to expand your vocabulary to understand the word “speculation”.

I wouldn't say you were unwise.

When used by Politicians, Journalists, or LE; 'Senseless Violence' has always been simple parlance for motive/reasons unknown.

Your statement is valid. The human physche is virtually incapable of committing acts of violence towards others without emotional stimulus.
The few who do actually have their physche damaged to the point of a capacity for violence without emotion are measured with a decimal point and 6 or 7 zeroes before the 1st number.

It's a primary reason the importance of initiating eye contact is stressed by virtually all self defense classes and LE, particularly woman's self defense.
You've probably received more training and materials about the psychological aspect in describing than I have.

Eye contact isn't about intimidating the potential assailant or being able to describe their features to a schetch artist.

It is about humanizing one's self to the potential assailant and stunting the mental gymnastics that produce emotional stimuli for the potential assailant.

Basically after the destitute vagrant leaning by the alley is walked around and eye contact is avoiding, the vagrant begins stalking.

"This SOB thinks he's better than me, won't even look at me, thinks I'm just a stray dog, I'll show him......" the assailant is avoiding eye contact himself as much as he's avoiding detection because he needs to keep the mental gymnastics going until confrontation has been instigated, otherwise he loses his nerve.
For all the vagrants destitute circumstances his own empathy forces him to see a weary, tired, possibly afraid individual if he makes eye contact before initiating violence.

I'm pretty much going off the hip from research I did years ago with what I just posted.
If anyone wants to challenge me as to the veracity of what I posted, I don't need to go around in circles. Come up with terms for an Avatar Bet, and I'll produce peer reviewed academia to back my ascertations up.

@1vol8 you're right and you're not arguing against a strawman, you're arguing against a next generation straw illustration. He even showed you the rough draft. It's probably being finalized in a 3d printer right now.

You wouldn’t happen to work in a warehouse and drive a forklift would you ?

Read the damn MF'ing post from the idiot I was arguing with who was saying that a bat could be just as efficient. Some of you morons will argue anything. It's stupid.

And 21 murders don't happen with a baseball bat .... There would have been intervention before that many fatalities had occurred. Most shooting sprees are 10+.

So I feel the need to get the last word in, yet you also keep responding.

A gun is the easiest option. Other options can be just as efficient, even a baseball bat.

Weird how you insist others "stay on topic" but don't hold yourself to the same standard. Same with your "whataboutism". You are quite the hypocrite.
@hUTch2002 ,

Hey, dumbass! You gave this a "like" ...

I'm not saying you're wrong, because you aren't. But it's gonna be allot closer than you think.

We've been so distracted by these damn invasive wild boars that we haven't figured out how to resolve this, but the answer is clear.

I'll use the bat, and you can use the AR.

We're gonna go hunt baby seals..........

That makes a lot of sense. And yes I’ve had training but I would call it basic in comparison.

Your response to the video evidence presented was pure speculation. Sit down until you have a response drawn from anything that isn't room temp IQ.

It depends on how quickly the police respond to the scene. A baseball bat isn't going to keep the police from entering the school, as an AR 15 style rifle obviously did.

Hell, they would have been tripping over each other to be the first to shoot the loon with the bat. This attack lasted over an hour ... there is no way in hell that is the case with just a bat. You will probably argue that too, I guess. This is crazy.

Does it take an hour to kill 20 people with a baseball bat?
