19 students, 3 adults dead in Texas elementary shooting.

No, let's make decisions needed to stop so many children from being mass murdered in their school rooms. It should be an easy fix to cut the numbers by half, and probably more.

We were making those decisions, I never worried about it while I was in school … not once . Now let’s go back and figure out where we started straying away from those decisions . Should be an easy fix .

The satire is a little bit off here. The United States is not the only country that has a problem with mentally ill, lone gunmen going on shooting sprees which kill large groups of people in confined quarters, over a brief period of time. However, the United States is the only country in the world where a gunman targeting kids while they are in school, has become a routine occurrence. This was a shocking news story from Littleton, Colorado in 1999. It's not anymore. It's happened too many times now.

Stop with the mental health BS.

Dont know about you, but when I was 18 I could not afford to purchase much of anything, much less multi thousands of dollars of weaponry and ammo
I was saving my pennies to buy a cassette deck at Radio Shack so I could record the King Biscuit Flower Hour show. It was on that FM station out of Red Bank - WSIM IIRC.

It brings up a very interesting point> Where does the money come from to procure such? Where does the Chicago street thug get the funds for his weaponry in such a poor environment?

.... but it should still be outlawed. It reflects pre-meditated intent to engage a combatant. More often than not, this will be the police, if you are just an every-day citizen.
What constitutes body armor though? Are we just talking Kevlar vests and military grade helmets, or elbow pads, knee pads and helmets above a certain grade? What about stuff that people who play paintball or have airsoft wars with would that constitute body armor? This leaves a lot of room for interpretation which isnt a good thing.

I'm an intelligent person who can see that we have huge problem in this country with easy access to guns. Whether it's gang members shooting rivals in Chicago or a troubled youth killing kids at a school, it's just obvious to everyone except the clinically deluded that gun access needs to be addressed.

First your post proves that you are not an intelligent person.
Second, it use to be easier to by guns and we didn’t have these problems.

For me it was from cutting the Parish grass, Father Breen (RIP) payed me $5 to mow about 10 acres lol.

I would imagine many of these guns they are getting are either stolen or procured by trading drugs for them. Just an opinion.

Don’t know the validity of this but supposedly the back door of the school was unlocked and normally it is. If true how did this guy know to go directly to the back door and that it and a nearby classroom would be unlocked?

In some cases I agree. But using mental health to excuse abhorrent acts is unfair.
Its not an excuse. No one walking this planet without a mental illness makes the decision to murder grandma and as many children as they can. That is mental illness. It doesn't excuse it. He is still a POS and a domestic terrorist.

Somebody is stupidly conflating the right to bear arms with the right to self defense again. We realize y’all don’t have the mental capacity to separate the issues so we’re happy to explain. You’re welcome
