So what I'm learning is an officer saw him go in to the school, and did nothing. He then stood outside and prevented screaming parents from entering the building. The shooter was in the school for some 40 minutes murdering children while the police were outside. Doing nothing. Those parents had to listen to the sounds of their children being murdered while the police did nothing to stop it except hold them back.

What a world we live in.
