Only limit I am aware of is you can’t vote cross party in a primary runoff. Party registration isn’t required that I am aware. However on the data take it up with NBC News I’d guess they aren’t framing it any fashion to aid Trump.


Oh and that shows you Hagar is toast too. Repubs might waffle on Trump but they’re not going to waffle on Cornyn after bringing home three SCOTUS appointments from sitting in the Senate Judiciary Committee!

the senate gets rid of phillibuster gets simple majority, they pack the courts. They vote to abolish the electorial college, the packed court holds up the law. They add, DC and puerto Rico as states, its a one party rule.
