Clark and Washoe have 87.5% percent of the people in Nevada. Lots of very hot sand and cacti in the other counties, but vote turnout among those demos remains at 0% generally.

Which is what I was saying. Las Vegas is in Clark County, and Reno is in Washoe County. If you broke down electoral votes by county, it wouldn't favor the Dems. Those two counties are the reason the whole state goes blue.

Delaware was the smallest with 3. Georgia and New Hampshire had 5, New Jersey 6, South Carolina 7, Connecticut 7.

By my count that's 2 slave states and 4 "non slave" states.

But honestly it's far more complicated than that. Representatives from the same state were often split on the EC.
