What the Bernie Bro.s don't realize is that the only thing less accountable than corporations is the government; the purest monopoly of all.
That integrity remark you made hit me as I saw the last part of The Big Short movie about an hour ago. Our academic institutions, government, banks, corporations, credit agencies, and even religious institutions seem so rotten.
I remember reading something back in the 1980's when the Japanese were buying America and it was said that they admired our institutions and thought they were America's greatest attribute.
Unemployment is low, but I wouldn't call 2% growth (with a trillion dollar deficit) "booming."
Interesting you mention academic institutions - I was reading an article today in the WSJ about the DOJ going after universities for the billions of dollars they take from arguably hostile nations and how they obfuscate the sources and means yet none seems to impact tuition.

Stimulate grioeth???Now put it in context , unemployment at a 50 year low and a Solid economy with record stock market highs vs what will happen the first quarter after Bernie takes office . There’s nothing Bernie offers that will stimulate grioeth , economic spending , job creation vs losses from private companies , consumer confidence will tank , deregulation’s will be out and more regulation in . Nothing he proposes will do anything but cause inflation and more debt.
