probably as a second baseman. He's got a lot of quickness and a lot of pop for his size.

Scotts Hill's Russell headed to UT

There is a thread on coacht about this young man. Easy choice for him since the Vols are his first choice team to play for.

We got to see him early in the year and then saw him again late in the year. I thought he looked better, when the competition was better. He is physically solid for his age too.

In the PG Team Recruiting Ranks for 2017, ten SEC teams are ranked in the top 25 and TAMU is 28 with 2 top 100 players with the average player rating of 7.71, we are currently 38th with no top 100 players and our average player ranking is 5.15.

Only Alabama at #41 (4.75) and Missouri at #42 (3.89) are worse than us currently for 2017. Missouri is Missouri and Bama just got a new coach.

Russell is supposed to be a good catcher (haven't seen him play it) but Scott's Hill had a solid catcher this year and put Russell in the middle infield to strengthen the defense.

According to MLB rules, once the players attended class they have entered into a 4 year school. That makes them ineligible to sign. Any idea who attended classes? Haha
