Pretty sure than rule doesn't apply to summer classes

This is straight off the MLB.com website...

A Club generally retains the rights to sign a selected player until 11:59 PM (EDT) August 15, or until the player enters, or returns to, a four-year college on a full-time basis.

Summer school full time students have 4 hours.

Yeah I thought that was weird too...I thought it was July 15th.

Nearly certain that's old

I recall a kid a few years back being extremely disappointed when he was lied to by his coach about summer school meaning his signing couldn't happen. His agent and mld club cleared that up

Now the rule might be different now but that was only a few years back

Big loss here

We didn't even make his final three while also saying,

"That's the biggest thing to me," Strider said. "You've got to look at where a program's heading."

Started 31 games last year before losing his starting job.

Hit .266 with 9errors

I would rather play a freshmen and take my lumps

I'm playing whoever I have to, to make the offense halfway decent. His worst offensive season at USC is .250. He was a major contributor all 3 years.
