2023-2024 Coaching Carousel

Seems he’s never watched IU play, nor has he looked at his schedule which includes Michigan, Ohio State and Washington next year.
Yikes. I’m sure he’s just trying to get people to pay attention, but that’s worse than anything Lane ever said to Urban. I feel like IU’s high water mark was almost beating a Pruitt coached Vols team in the Gator Bowl. It’s only gonna get worse now with the best teams in the PAC 12 joining the B1G.

Kind of surprised Bryan Harsin didn't get more of a push for the Boise job.
Lots of bad press out there. I think he was looked at as kind of an energy vampire and I don't think anyone buys his story either. He'll vacation for a few years then rebrand himself somewhere else.

But things were all good at Boise though. He's an alum and from the area. He was never really accepted by the Auburn brass and never had a chance there, no matter how bad of a fit he might have been.

It was 8 mil up front with 7 mil to follow. He's taking a vacation.

If the Michigan job opens up, Brian Kelkly would be a strong candidate to take that job per an LSU football radio host w=and this is discussed on a Sports Talk Jay podcast which dropped today.

Didn't he get into it with the NM AD a week or so ago about field usage for bowl prep?
He publicly called out NM’s AD for denying NMSU access to available indoor practice facilities during inclement weather and an inhospitable attitude towards the Aggies.

John U Bacon, who has probably more contacts inside the Michigan AD office, booster community and university than anyone else on earth, says the chances that UM would pursue Kelly are close to zero.

That would be a big buyout of Kelly. Not that UM doesn't have that kind of money, but that move would surprise me.
