Speaking of that, I keep waiting on some really clever lawyer (not EL of course) to try and get a conviction thrown out on “anything you say can AND WILL be used against you in a court of law”. The word WILL is critical. They should have used the word MAY. A strict reading of the phrase requires EVERYTHING you say to be used in the prosecution’s case. So if I am arrested for bank robbery and I tell the arresting officer “my cousin’s roommate’s pet duck drives the Zamboni at the Predators games every second Tuesday of the month”, the state is OBLIGATED to use that against me. If they don’t, they have to let me walk, right?

Whatever the “machine” throws out there for the Dems is who they will vote for, and they will run on the same dumb trope abortion/racism rinse and repeat for the next election cycle

I don't underestimate the Democrats. They do have a deep socialist bench. (i.e. far left). However, don't underestimate the stupidity of the American public to go far left. Leftism is always popular with people who haven't found success in life and want to burn the system to get something in place that is perceived to favor them.

Most would have NOT considered Kamala as having any future in the Democrats but she is being built up right now.

Dude nobody cares about this crap anymore, we have real issues in this country if you can’t see that using tax payer money to bring Haitians migrants into a small community like Springfield OH to work low paying jobs that most citizens would not be able to work due to low wage and crap benefits I don’t know what to tell you. I think there's a "if it helps our case against" implied with the "will be used". If that duck didn't have a license to drive that Zamboni and it's suspected you helped your cousin facilitate that duck's illegal behavior and they think that'll help their case against you they'll use it. (Have fun with the metal image of a duck getting deposed)

I don't think that argument will go anywhere. The law doesn't work like that.

The old Clinton "that depends on what the meaning of 'is', 'is' " was not just slimy, it was legalese.

A good example is "Breaking AND Entering." In many states, that is interpreted as "OR". As in, I could kick in your door, and not ever enter, but I am still guilty of breaking "AND" entering.

Or, "Assault AND Battery." Old "Assault" was putting people in fear of contact. "Battery" was actually contacting them. Some states, mine included, have merged the two. Whether you "assault" someone or commit a "battery", you get charged with "assault."

Legalese is not always a bad thing. If cops had to read you your rights with subtitles defining what every word meant under prevailing caselaw, they'd never get around to obtaining a statement from anybody.

There is no skilled labor, and barely unskilled labor at this point. Once the people in the 45-70 age range retire or die off, that's it. (not sure if that is what is being discussed in the tweet)

America is toast for quite a few reasons.... add most of Europe to that as well.

Reset is going to be a bitch for the group coming up as they can't take care of themselves.
