Probably a deal similar to DK's. Less guaranteed but more potential earnings. He was asked if UT outbid and the response was "no' from Joe Adams..
Means we was less money but probably closer to home was the selling point.
Now this I agree with. When it comes to recruiting in any sport, there's a rather small group that are making these decisions. Coaching staff and the collective. Given the nature of both recruiting and money, I also find it hard to believe that information is so casually spread unless it's coming from the kid, his family or his agent...which is plausible. That someone from that circle is dropping info to internet guys or goofs like Basilio who will run and shout it from every digital rooftop is just hard to swallow.I post on a Chicago Cubs board full of unemployed virgins who live in the projects and they are more sensitive than this group.
I know my basketball resume and would put it up against anyone here.
I just find it extremely hard to believe that there truly are any legit insiders.
Enough digging around and you can form a pretty strong opinion and if you're wrong just say "things changed".
I do enjoy being a part of this group though.

Ive mentioned before, and said again last week, that the information chain goes down two roads. From player to handler to placed insider. From NIL member to big donor to friends. Typically, staff doesn’t comment on anything unless it is confirming or denying existing rumors. They usually avoid even that. When someone like BTO or me gets info, it is typically from the chain of donors or services who work with NIL. None of them share until the circle of confidentiality has been breached. I’m sure BTO will confirm that his friends will often say, “I can’t share that yet” or “You can’t share this yet”. The best way to get on the outside of a circle is to share when you’ve been asked not to.Now this I agree with.
