Thomas & Lanier are such great culture guys. Incredible interviews and they both come from great families and just fit the TN culture

You apparently misunderstood, im not arguing over the fact our offense isn’t built by giving the best player the ball in space im simply stating the narrative the offense was a one man show is casual because there are plenty of instances where DK wasn’t the primary scorer…when I say it’s “hypocritical” im responding to the original posters quote, not to you…he used Purdue as an example that our offense was reliant on one player in that game…both teams were reliant on one player so that take was hypocritical. You can’t provide an example and frame it as a negative while also not point out the team that beat us did the exact same thing…

I don’t mind debating you but you need to read the context of every conversation if you are going to take up for another poster…

What we really need to be worried about is Tobe Awaka. As I guess you all knew DJ & FAD was a given... but Awaka: He's being recruited hardcore and we want him to stay without a doubt. Only if he hits the portal that is when we would pursue another true big. I just don't want to see that guy leave but I'm hearing that's the one we need to be worried about at the moment unfortunately. Hopefully Zeigler & staff can convince him to stay.

In this day and age keeping everyone happy is impossible. Freddie is obviously talented but with ZZ back and Barnes likely brining in another starting guard minutes were going to be hard to come by.

Yeah, CG isn’t a PG, no clue if he’ll develop or not. If you can add someone good with 3 years left (like Mack) then it’ll make the transition so much easier as ZZ graduates.

I know Thomas is high on us but have heard he may not be at the top of our list, curious to see how that plays out
