There's a song that has a line in it "Turn down for what" and they play the music from the song (it's very distinctive, you remember it after hearing it the first time.) The Voltron flashes a "3rd Down for What!?" graphic and the LOUDER graphic scrolls on the boards. It's just a thing to get the crowd loud when the opposing team is on third down.
At least we sort of know what you are talking about. Does the band play it? Does the original recording play on the loudspeaker? No, don't try to tell me. It might be too hard.
