I’m okay with it tooAs hard line as I am, I am for having the information on your drivers license. You would put all pertinent info on your DL, mental illness, felony status, etc. that would keep you or allow you to purchase a firearm. Go in the store, scan you license at the door and get a green slip with a random number on it. You present that at the counter when buying firearms. No numbers are recorded other than you scanned your license when you walked in. You take the slip with you.
Yeah, definitely greater wffort is needed with mental health and I disagree.. I have nevwr in 50 years wanted to kill myself or anyone else.. it isn’t normal, even if transient.. I don’t thinknyou should be disqualified forever, but a very long timeI don't completely disagree with you. But ideations of self harm or harming others are often in flux and emotionally unstable people are prime candidates for these emotions given stressors or other triggers.
And my concern is with the help that is offered..... If we are doing the best we can to help them.
ISWYDTAssuming no drag , they may theoretically reach a maximum terminal velocity of 32 ft/sec.

The AR-15 (rifle) has a fire rate of 700–900 rounds per minute. The M16A1 has a rate of fire of 600 RPM. The M14E2 (also known as the M21 sniper rifle), which can not be found in any form today, was capable of firing up to 750 rounds per minute.
The fire rate of the AR-15 is limited by the gas system, which can be adjusted to work with any ammunition type. The M16A1 has a higher rate of fire than the AR-15 because it uses more powerful ammo (5.56x45mm NATO) and does not have a buffer tube in its stock.
Somehow 700-900 rpm is less than 600 rpm. Whoever wrote this either didn't proofread it or is an idiot
You can use .223 here in KY and in my backyard I will use a pellet gun if I want.Given the dumb post about “what an AR does to a kids body”
It’s often considered unethical to hunt deer with a 223 because it’s so low powered. You can do it, many people do it, and there’s specific deer rounds that provide more power. But even so it’s still less powerful than more common deer rifles.
If your argument is “well that’s deer not people!”. Adult deer is 100-150lbs. Average person is probably 150-200
In my line of work, I am required to take annual training among other requirements to keep my license. Why can we not extend to other realms?Yeah, definitely greater wffort is needed with mental health and I disagree.. Never question luther's credentials. He's posted it twice now. Clearly he IS dumb enough to believe it.All guns (nearly all to be more exact) are semiautomatic and will fire as fast as you can pull the trigger. My 9mm pistol for example will fire at the same rate as an AR.
Even you’re not dumb enough to believe 800-1200 rpm. 40-60 is probably a more realistic idea.
To be fair, a number of the denizens of Walmart are topping 300lbs. May need a .300 Weatherby Magnum...Given the dumb post about “what an AR does to a kids body”
