This conversations about firefighters, DUIs and BMIs need to go on in another thread or something. This thread is about Erik Ainge. If you all want to get in all of the legal consequences or whatever, I welcome that discussion, but not here.

I didn't submit to sh*t son, I asked for it. I could have just as easily declined it.
Also, it was at a hospital, not some clinic and I paid the tab in full myself. I wanted to make the cop look like a fool and it worked.

Welcome to the police state. Where jacked up 235lb sheep rough up, beat, threaten, and intimidate American citizens. Happens every day and it's getting worse. They have no cognitive ability to think and just do what they're told. Only place they can get a job and sustain it among other meatheads.

Well, first you said that he couldn't be charged without a blood test. Along with a few other inaccurate things you posted, we have lost confidence in your argument. Maybe you can get your facts together, present it again and we will agree with you that the government should be able convict people without a fair trial.

You're questions already been answered. They don't use em in Knoxville, so I guess I didn't assume too much. Especially since you are here assuming some massive conspiracy theory involving a cop with a RN for a wife, who would have doctored his perfectly clean blood sample.

Well here in Chattanooga they give you a blood test on the side of the road, breathalyzers are not even used anymore. The main reason behind that is a breathalyzer does not show whether you are on weed, meth, cocaine or any other drug. So then even if you haven't been drinking you can still be convicted of DUI. What if it became the "law" next week that golf is now illegal and anyone carrying so much as a tee is subject to be harassed and shook down just because you match the profile? Stereotyping based on assumed income, the clothes you wear, the car you drive, etc.

Lol how am I against him? I actually posted about two days ago that I liked his show far better than the morning show on the sports animal, but that the immaturity and off color comments got old. And that he clearly needed to grow up. This has nothing to do with liking Ainge.

So I didn't know that they only due blood tests in Knoxville, I don't live in Knoxville. I do know that an innocent man has no reason to refuse a blood test. Especially an innocent man with a prior history of drug and alcohol problems, who would probably want to ensure his fans knew he was innocent.

this isnt true. there were many issues with the breathalyzer but i think many groups have gone back to them. in many states, (dunno about TN anymore b/c i moved) you go to jail for refusing a breathalyzer, regardless of the DUI result. kind of an intimidation to get you to take them. people claim that this is against their rights, but nobody does anything to stop it.
