Ainge DUI

So you can illegally detain me because I bumped the yellow line?

I'm glad the cops I know aren't like you.

Damn

Detain? If your definition of detaining a suspect is stopping to check their license, insurance, and tags, and finding out why they can't maintain their lane...then yes. Every cop in America does that, and if they don't, then they aren't doing their job.

I once failed a field sobriety test completely sober (.00). He said I was shaky and legs were wobbly. Little did he know, I had to finish my lift at night and had just squatted 180kgs for 3x10. I requested an immediate breathalyzer and blood test. I think I surprised him and freaked the dude out. I requested a supervisor and surprisingly he called in one who immediately came. Redid field sobriety. He saw nothing wrong. I explained to him what was going on and he laughed and let me go.
Point is, you can't trust Field Sobriety Tests, they are subjective. Whether Ainge did it or not, I will NEVER trust a field sob test.

You just can't see past your own refusal to understand. If every cop pulled some one over for bumping the yellow line they would never get anything done.

Half your posts are painted with a broad stroke, the other, well they just fail

I agree field sobriety test are far from great, but that's I think you should always request a breathalyzer or a blood test.

And yet you believe cops should only charge someone with a DUI after crashing, regardless of how poorly they are driving.

Blood work and urine will show this. It's against the law to take meds or have meds in your possession that aren't prescribed to you.

That angle screwed your whole little argument up didn't it. Because you have done it.

If you're not looking for it, it won't show antibiotics. It would show for illegal drugs and pain killers, because that's what the drug test kit looks for. That's only for a piss test though. You can tell me about blood testing machines. I'm more into economics than I am medical stuff.

what antibiotic did you think was scheduled? do you know what you're talking about here?

It was only a generalization.

Why stop at the known illegal drugs. Lets test for everything. You are positive for trazadone. Do you have a script?

My point is it will never stop. And taking meds that are not yours, antibotics or not carries a bigger fine and longer jail time than a dui

My only intention is good discussion most of the time. Implied consent law shouldn't exist.

then please allow me to apologize, good sir. but when considering my underestimation and malice nature toward your comments, please understand the present company by which i misjudged you. i agree with you whole heartedly.

This thread just shows how backwards people thinking is. Yeah let's give more power to police officers! They would never abuse this power!

But hey, nothing would surprise me. This is the society that puts a bigger stigmatism on killing a police officer in a shootout than murdering an unarmed, innocent civilian.

you've gotten pulled over on east brainard? I've never seen any police that set up point there. that's interesting.

it wasn't a check point nor did I say it was. I said pulled over. No it was not me. I take it you did not read the post. what a surprise

Im pretty sure once you take a blood sample you can test it for whatever you want.

How do you make it in this world with such a small mind?

Would you like fries with that?

Seriously man. My point was "where does it stop" everything I listed is against the law. Why not test you for when they pulled you over for dropping your cd?

Thank you for apologizing. There is a compromise between a cop doing their job and our personal rights. The first step is admitting needed rehaul.

first thing your dui lawyer asks, "Did you take the field sobriety test?"

if you say yes, he gives you the most humiliating look you'll ever see. if your intoxicated and want to pay to get out (after all, this is really about money), cross your arms and sit on the ground silent until the officer is ready to take you to jail. say nothing, do nothing, and good luck. two beers and driving should be illegal and it can ruin your life. way she f*king goes

Hell schlumberger pulls hair samples. They can see EVERYTHING done in the last 5 years. And you better have medical records to back anything represented in your system.
