The evidence is your refusal.
Remember, when you sign for your license, you agreed to abide by that stipulation. Pretty simple
Obsessed, leave it alone your just beating a dead horse now.
1. I don't trust the police anywhere in E. TN when it comes to DUIs/drug busts etc. They're too cash starved and I've seen innocent people get charged with anything and everything including an old woman charged with cocaine possession based on powdery dust left over from a candy in her purse -- that was dropped but not before she was arrested, charged, thrown in jail, and humiliated. DUIs and drugs busts are how departments make their money and they get federal dollars that subsidize it all and many cops aren't above faking such cases because it's the person's word against a cop's.
2. Ainge is bipolar and reckless driving is a symptom of a manic episode. If he's manic right now virtually all of his behavior can explained by that. One description a sufferer gave of mania was that it was like being on cocaine -- that's why reckless behavior is common during a manic phase.
When administered a blood test for DUI. How long does it take to get results back?
When testing for booze or pills?
