Not that it's any better, but hopefully that's just the powder. Halon actually dispels oxygen in the immediate area. If it were in fact halon I'd think she died quickly getting sprayed like that. Halon was banned in the cotton mills I worked for that reason, even though it was seriously effective on a cotton fire inside a machine.
