So that’s a non answer ? Also that whole Democratic governor apologizes to CNN means nothing to me .
The medical examiners findings should be what drives whether chargers are filed or not. But I agree in this case because of the video and the emotional response it's going to have to be slam dunk for a no charge finding from the prosecutor.I'm not a doctor. But looking at the video, he was alive and begging for his life while he was on the ground and when they finally picked him up and rolled him into the ambulance he looked pretty F'n dead. If it wasn't the actions of LEO that killed him, they are going to have to present a really strong case...because the video is pretty compelling.
It just may be possible that the police force in Minneapolis is poorly trained and incompetent. It is a liberal city so the likelihood is high.
Might want to check the law on dispersal orders during a riot
There is really no use in arguing it anymore. There is video evidence and you are still on here stating nonsense about "we don't know what happened before". Even other police analysts are mystified by the arrest. Have fun in your little closed bubble.
You wouldn't be asking these questions if you actually watched the video. How in the hell is it nonsense to ask questions about what led up to that one segment ? I’m thinking I’m not the one in the closed bubble . Stop making presumptions off a 60 second clip is all I’m saying , it’s not the logical thing to do .

I don't know if the audio just wasn't picking up the officers, but you hear absolutely 0 response when they asked where they should go and why they're being arrested.
