Another bad apple (George Floyd case)

Here we go! Found it on youtube.

Thank you . The first part of it was what I was missing . It seems to me like they saw the reporters doing a segment before they ran out to the girl . They should have told them where they wanted them after he identified himself .

I hear what you're saying and definitely agree that the police should have been more clear in regards to where CNN needed to be, but I do feel that there's distinct culpability on CNN's end for failing to move anywhere else after being told to leave.
If they're not told exactly where to go, they'll be liable to have lethal force used against them if they move. Because that's a threatening gesture, right?

How is it "maybe so" when the crew were CLEARLY trying to comply with the officers' requests?

... "clearly" trying to comply with the officers' requests by remaining stationary and not going elsewhere? Get real!

Sure, because that's precisely what happened. The victimhood looks great on you, Chris.

What I think is happening. They got the autopsy results back and he died from something they can't tie to the knee on his neck and they are scrambling to figure out what to/how to charge them with something they can convict because they knew from the jump that a not guilty verdict would lead to Minneapolis burning.
This right here is where my mind went last night. When the cop first walks up to Floyd it takes Floyd a minute to get out of the car then he doesn't fight them but he kinda acts out making a scene. Then before he passes he's under the cops for 9 minutes. Im wondering if Floyd didn't OD on something trying to hide it from the cops. Just the knee suffocating him doesn't make sense to me. Also there were multiple officers holding him down which usually happens when a person is on drugs because they can get super strength and be impervious to pain. Lastly bas guys do all that yelling and screaming to make a scene and try to create a distraction when they're trying to hide something

I'm just leaving open the possibility that something happened that we can't see.
I'm all for leaving doors open due to the possibility of incomplete information, but I'm having a hard time seeing that sliver when the crew were basically pleading the police to tell them where to go.

Well, I know one area of town I'll be avoiding for the time being.
The scene outside his house in Minneapolis the other night was concerning. There people actually upset that police were having to guard the house to protect the family. He might be safer in jail. Don't understand why they haven't arrested him yet. After the arrest they still have time to build the case unless there is some snag they are hitting, but even then the optics of it would at least look good.

Arrest the 3 holding Flynn down and I can understand it taking a while to arrest the other cop watching. JMO.

That guy couldn't have been more compliant if he tried.

Maybe they are arresting them on behalf of the network and charging them with inciting a riot.

I think my point was pretty good. I don't think it's reasonable for an officer to impede a citizen from doing what said officer is telling them to do. I'm not saying my lethal force example is what was going through their heads, but we've got to have some kind of semblance of order and sense.

If I'm not mistaken, I think the video shows a complete 360° field of view. I see police lines in front and behind them with buildings flanking their side. Seems reasonable to ask where to go when the police are telling you to move, especially in that moment and location.

Might want to check the law on dispersal orders during a riot

You may wanna check that pesky 1st Amendment.

This is one of the huge problems with law enforcement. They believe that they can violate the rights of citizens. They swear to uphold the constitution but then become thugs for the government.

I don't know if the audio just wasn't picking up the officers, but you hear absolutely 0 response when they asked where they should go and why they're being arrested.
Don’t be silly.... it is cnn cameras with cnn covering the narrative they want to convey

Sounds like he has some personal hate for law enforcement.
I hate it when they act like this. How on Earth can you have a clue about what is going on and be caught on camera intimidating a reporter? I just don't see how you can look at that footage and not get pissed about how stupid it is for 10 cops in riot gear to surround a camera crew.
