I really feel sad for you that you are so miserable. I went off memory and my memory was wrong. So what? But you keep looking up numbers and being miserable while I say I was wrong on 16% vs 16M and move on. What’s funny is you probably have been giddy about this all day too. Good for you BB.No, @hUTch2002 is talking to someone who knows how to perform basic math.
BASIC MATH 101:
2016 Presidential Election Popular Vote Total: 136,669,276
2020 Presidential Election Popular Vote Total: 158,383,503
* When you take the 2020 Popular Vote Total (158,383,503) and subtract the 2016 Popular Vote Total (136,669,276), 158,383,503 - 136,669,276 that leaves you with a net increase of 21,714,227 of total votes in the 2020 Presidential Election from the 2016 Presidential Election.
* And notice that I'm including third party votes as well.
To calculate the percentage increase from the 2016 election to the 2020 election, you simply take the amount of that increase (21,714,227) and divide it by the original number (136,669,276), and then multiply that by 100. When you do that (21,714,227/136,669,276), you get the number 0.15888155... and then when you multiply that by 100, and you get 15.8881554.... which I rounded up to 16%.
So, basically, you are wrong.
This is at least the second audit, plus other recounts. Are you going to wait on the next audit too?One of the purposes of any audit is to find abnormalities. That's the intent.
All audits don't cover the same ground. One audit, one could feel a simple p&l was reviewed, which isn't sufficient. Another audit firm comes in and finds out the contractor is including payments to a family member in a line item that was used to win a city bid. Come to find out, millions of dollars were earned based on that because a deeper dive was done. Or it could confirm everything is on the up and up. If an audit takes place, findings are presented. If those findings don't have support, then the findings are trash.
Point being, I'm going to wait until the findings come out, the information is public and a verification is attainable before I have an opinion on 1. What happened in this county and 2. The quality of the audit.
You must have started posting before I completed my edit which was really right after so you might want to find more to do but that’s up to you. Anyway, my point that you missed was that the narrative Trump lost due to him being so unpopular was incorrect. You even proved that yourself. If he got a higher percentage of the popular then he didn’t lose popularity. Pretty simple. Also, this part isn't right either. Trump's percentage of the popular vote in the 2020 Presidential Election (46.9%) did increase by .7 % from 2016 (46.2%)... but, Joe Biden's percentage of the popular vote (51.3%) was an increase from Hillary Clinton's percentage of the popular vote (48.2%) by 3.1%.
2016 Clinton: 48.2%
2016 Trump: 46.2%
2020 Biden: 51.3%
2020 Trump: 46.9%
Biden's percentage increase from Clinton in 2016: 51.3% - 48.2% = 3.1%
Trump's percentage increase in 2020 from 2016: 46.9% - 46.2% = 0.7%
So, basically, you were wrong on two counts.
Yeah that’s what I thought counselor. I’d back out too in your shoes. Nice back peddle though. This is another oft-repeated Trump lie. Maybe you should try again.
Actually, this is the lie Trump tells about the Carter Page warrant, not Mueller. You’re apparently not even up to speed on which lie you’re supposed to repeat in this situation. On second thought, maybe just sit this one out and don’t try again.
This is at least the second audit, plus other recounts. Are you going to wait on the next audit too?
Its not the SOP for our voting system to go through this type of audit. This is new and requires justification. Which isnt provided.
Looks like things are about to get interesting in AZ
It's okay, man. Lots of adults struggle with basic math... they're called Trump voters.I really feel sad for you that you are so miserable. I went off memory and my memory was wrong. So what? But you keep looking up numbers and being miserable while I say I was wrong on 16% vs 16M and move on. What’s funny is you probably have been giddy about this all day too. Good for you BB.
@hUTch2002 ... This guy ^^^ has moved on about as well as you have. LOL.Looks like things are about to get interesting in AZ
And you know they wont. Thus justifying the next.Apparently the prior audit was only a low touch type. 2% was reviewed right?
This is all ballots, correct? If so, the paper audit is as extensive as you can get with the paper ballots. Idk if a system will be called into question. I will say that a unit preferring to find fraud finding nothing will be crippling to the justification of another audit. I'll argue merits once the findings AND support are presented.
Except you’re completely wrong about me. I moved on back on Nov 4th. I knew nothing would change after that. You’re the one that brings Trump up daily. Man crush I assume. We could’ve just slapped a wig on an Oompa Loompa for you and tried to make that work but I think it must be way beyond a physical obsession for you at this point. Stuck to your math lessons. At least you weren’t a complete moron when it comes to basic math. Softball?@hUTch2002 ... This guy ^^^ has moved on about as well as you have. LOL.
Case in point. You don’t have TDS. You have TOS. Trump Obsession Syndrome.Aside from catering to the far right base, Trump accomplished nothing. His "achievements" were mostly just actions brought about by way of executive orders, which were easily reversed once Biden took office.
It is clear Trump withheld aid to the Ukraine for the purpose of prompting their president to publicly announce an investigation into the Bidens. That constitutes an abuse of power. There is proof that the 2016 Trump campaign worked in conjunction with Russian intelligence to smear Hillary Clinton (per the recent revelation from the United States Treasury Department that Rick Gates passed polling data and sensitive campaign information along to Konstantin Kilimnik, who in turn, gave this data to Russian intelligence). That constitutes collusion.
As far as the validity of the election? You are strongly suggesting that the investigations and recounts which have already been conducted have been purely partisan exercises and that is a lie. None other than Attorney General William Barr - who was subservient to Donald Trump while AG, has conducted an investigation from within the Department of Justice and concluded that there was no evidence of fraud uncovered, significant enough to have altered the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election. Not to mention the fact that Georgia's Secretary of State, is also a Republican, who made the same conclusion. Then you have the numerous Trump-appointed judges who rejected claims made by attorneys for the 2020 Trump Campaign in court. The 2020 Trump Campaign was given ample opportunity to provide evidence of fraud in court, but instead, they wouldn't even allege fraud whenever there could be consequences for their law licenses, if they were caught making false allegations against innocent third parties. So, basically, I disagree with you.
